How long will it take to get my Product?

Limited edition items are ready to ship immediately.

Estimated lead in times for shipping Special One-Off items are normally 6-12 weeks from the order date. Please keep in mind that these are simply estimates, and that lead times vary slightly depending on the demand.

Where can I see and inspect a product?

Please refer to our contact page and arrange an appointment for a viewing at our design studio. Depending on the product or collection, items can be viewed at a private design gallery or independent retailer. For more information please get in touch with us and we can advise you.

Why do some products cost more than others?

Depending on the complexity of the patterning and the materials used, one product may require a greater amount of time and expertise to complete and so will be priced accordingly. Occasionally an edition item will be limited and that may also affect the pricing. All our products are pristinely designed and packaged with our distinctive brand identity, including a hand stamped logo with certificate of authenticity. 

In all featured products, we include a unique hand stamped numbering system which identifies the rarity of the design. Also included is full product description and warranty to highlight the significance of technicalities of materials with particular finishes and colour specifications. All of our products pass through our hands in our studio which allows us to personally devote ourselves to insuring that your order will not only arrive safely and timely, but smartly. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our products globally via UK Royal Mail or specialist Parcel Services. Depending on availability, we dispatch 100% of orders the very same day as you place them.
