Milan Design Week

All the peripatetic walking had a sense of being worth it all in the end, as we made some new and exciting discoveries in Milan (Milan Design Week). Being bombarded with enriching design and pop up spaces on ever square inch of the city, memorable highlights included the unexpected Velo Velo (Paris). Spazio Rossana Orlandi's gallery premises was a densely packed space with a thoughtful curation of wildly differing array of design pieces - including work by Studio Drift, Alcarol, Scholten & Beijings.

The ventura Lambrate edition proved to be successful in it's choice of design collections, utilising interesting spaces with a strong identity and direction of showing new and unknown designers work.
